Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an emergency medicine locum tenens physician for varied shifts including nights, days, weekends and holidays in Bent, NM. You will see a wide age range from newborns to geriatrics with high acuity cases and perform urgent procedures as needed.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of EM experience or completed residency, be adept with intubation, cricothyrotomy and ultrasound-guided central lines, and work within an Epic EMR environment.

• Varying shifts -- nights, swings, days, weekends, and holidays
• 2 - 3 patients per hour, newborn to geriatric age range
• High acuity patients -- ESI 1 - 5
• Emergency procedures -- codes, conscious sedation, airway management
• EMR: Epic
• Intubation, cricothyrotomy, and ultrasound guided central lines required
• 3 - 5 years emergency medicine experience or residency training required
