Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide inpatient and dialysis services in a Minnesota facility. The role includes managing 14–18 inpatients per shift with rounding on assigned patients and coverage for outpatient and inpatient hospital services.

Responsibilities include dialysis management (CRRT, PD), catheter placement, and post-renal transplant care. This position offers ongoing full-time shifts with guaranteed consecutive scheduling and weekly housing/travel arrangements

Qualifications

• Inpatient and dialysis care management experience preferred.
• Ability to work with a high-volume patient load per shift.

• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm (9hr shift) plus on-call weekends.
• 14 - 18 inpatient patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients.
• Outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital coverage.
• Dialysis management, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis, and catheter placement.
• Post-renal transplant management required.
• Ongoing full-time coverage with a minimum of 7 consecutive shifts.
