• 24/7 remote telehealth coverage -- 2-3 weeks per month
• 80 – 120 ED cases per 8‑hour shift
• Overnight shifts 11 pm – 7 am EST, day shifts 7 am – 3 pm, evening shifts 3 pm – 11 pm
• Team of 3 ED radiologists and 2 neuroradiologists
• Emergency department coverage
