Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens urologist for a 5-day work week in Vail, AZ. The assignment includes 2–3 clinic days and 2–3 days in the operating room, with no weekend coverage. Expect to treat an adult population with 24 patients per day on average and handle stones/endourology cases.

PCNL and HoLEP skills are a plus but not required, and trauma coverage is needed. The position offers paid malpractice, travel and housing expenses, and a supportive Weatherby consultant available

Qualifications

• General urology experience with stones/endourology required.
• Trauma coverage capability required.
• PCNL and HoLEP skills desirable but not required.
• Typical clinic load: ~24 scheduled patients per physician per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology care in an adult clinic setting.
• Work 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) with 2–3 clinic days and 2–3 OR days.
• Collaborate with OR teams for scheduled procedures and trauma cases.
