Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
• Proven A-Level/Master Technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
• Experience with professional scan tools and OEM/aftermarket repair information.
• L1 Advanced Engine Performance strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles bumper-to-bumper.
• Handle complex drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent concerns.
• Perform quality repairs and thoroughly document your work.
• Mentor B- and C-Level Technicians.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and shop efficiency.
