FleetEasy - Service and Breakdown Solutions is seeking a Level Mechanic / Technician for Heavy Duty Truck & Diesel work. Join our family-oriented shop that values growth, safety, and teamwork.

Work a 4x10 schedule or 5x8, with on-call nights and periodic weekends, in a well-equipped shop with support and reliable colleagues. We require at least 4 years in automotive or truck repair, own substantial tools, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• 4 years of experience in automotive or truck repair.
• Own tools with substantial investment (at least $10,000).
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Reside within 45 minutes of Auburn Shop.

Mansioni

• Perform repairs and maintenance on fleet, trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles in a well-equipped shop.
• We have our own fleet of tow trucks, and that is part of our work. However, we also have many outside clients that depend on us to keep their trucks and fleet in service.
• Most of your work will be in-shop, with occasional on-site callouts.
• Able to fix things, solve problems, and figure stuff out.
• A clean and organized tech is a productive tech, so that is what we expect.

Job Title

A Level Mechanic / Technician - Heavy Duty Truck & Diesel

Summary

Join FleetEasy, Company of Family, as a fleet and diesel technician. FleetEasy is our parent brand that includes Motorplex, Pro-Tow, and Pro-Enviro. Shift Schedule

Shift Schedule:Work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day or 5 days per week and 8 hours per day. 1 night on call per week. One weekend on call per 4 weeks.

• Most of your work will be InShop, but you will periodically to OnSite call outs.
• Able to fix things, solve problems, and figure stuff out.
• A clean and organized tech is a productive tech, so that is what we expect.

Expectations of You

• You must be aligned with our core values (see above). Not just speak it, but act it.
• Desire to be part of a team that invests in the future of our trade and likes figuring things out.
• Would do this job for free because you actually enjoy fixing things. We pay well, but you get the point.
• You need to have 4 years successfully earning a living in automotive or truck repair.
• You are an efficient mechanic that can consistently meet or exceed billed time.
• Know how to use modern software and modern technology to diagnose efficiently trucks and commercial vehicles on your own.
• You need to have invested in at least $10,000 in your own tools and have real tool box that takes a truck to move (Which we will move for you)
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Reside within 45 Google minutes of Auburn Shop.

Time Off

We honor at least 90% of all time off requests, because we understand and support your need to provide for your family and enjoy time outside of work. This means, however, sometimes you will be asked for someone else that is taking time off.
