ERS ELITE is partnering with a high-volume, professionally managed union automotive dealership in Staten Island, NY to hire experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians. This is a full-time, on-site role offering top‑of‑market union compensation, excellent benefits, and long‑term career stability.

This position is designed for senior‑level diagnostic technicians with extensive hands‑on experience. This is not an entry‑level role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical concerns
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in accordance with OEM and dealership standards
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding repair needs and timelines
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Participate in ongoing training to remain current with OEM standards and emerging technologies

Requirements

• A-Level automotive technician skill set
• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong electrical and advanced diagnostic troubleshooting capabilities
• ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred (6 ASE or 1 OEM)
• Proven record of quality workmanship with minimal comebacks
