Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Massachusetts seeks a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join Mazda West Springfield. The role focuses on productive shop performance and delivering customer satisfaction at a modern, climate-controlled facility.

You will perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to dealership and factory standards, while pursuing ongoing training. Benefits include weekly pay, healthcare, a 401(k) and time off.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair per dealership and factory standards.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent, quality work.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area and proper disposal of waste.
