Job summary

Mission Automotive in Cartersville, GA is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician (A-Level or higher) to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll lead on complex jobs and assist other technicians to ensure quality work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, 1-hour lunch. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, use of scan tools, and mentoring junior technicians. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an A‑Level Automotive Technician.
• Ability to diagnose complex repairs independently.
• Experience using modern scan tools and shop software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics for engine, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently; work with service advisors on repair recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Use scan tools, testing equipment, and shop software
• Support and mentor junior technicians
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership
• Stay up-to-date with tools, technology, and best practices
