Job summary

Promotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for a busy, independent shop in Lowell, AR. You’ll diagnose and repair diverse vehicle systems, perform routine maintenance, and keep quality workmanship high while collaborating with a team that values customer service.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, steady work, and pay between $30 and $55 per hour based on experience. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified technicians, along with benefits including paid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on multiple makes and models.
• Ability to perform maintenance, mechanical, and major repairs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and driveline repairs.
• Perform engine and transmission repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot drivability and electrical concerns.
• Accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend repairs.
• Maintain quality workmanship while working efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team committed to exceptional customer service.
