Promotive is partnering with a well-established independent repair shop in Lowell, AR to hire an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality repairs and solving problems.

This full-time, Monday-Friday role offers pay from $30 to $55 per hour based on experience, a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, paid vacation and holidays, modern equipment, ongoing training, and a supportive team.

You will grow your diagnostic skills and contribute to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working on multiple makes and models.
• Ability to perform maintenance, mechanical and major repairs.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and driveline repairs.
• Perform engine and transmission repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot drivability and electrical concerns.
• Accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend repairs.
• Maintain quality workmanship while working efficiently.
• Collaborate with a team committed to exceptional customer service.
