Alternative Auto Care in Thornton, CO, is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician. The role offers $90,000–$150,000+ earning potential through a flat-rate plus production bonus pay structure, with a 40-hour weekly guarantee, Monday–Friday, and no weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting ability.
• DVI experience.
• Able to diagnose and repair multiple makes/models independently.
• Own professional automotive tools.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Japanese import experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete A/C diagnostics and repairs
• Perform engine, timing belt, water pump, and transmission-related repairs
• Complete general automotive repair and maintenance
• Perform accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
