Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a hematology/oncology program in Illinois to recruit a physician for outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, two weeks per month, no on-call.

You will see mostly hematology with oncology overflow, adult benign heme and new oncology patients. Hospital privileges are required. Housing, travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage are arranged. The CompHealth team handles credentialing and time entry.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide hematology/oncology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding.
• See approximately 15 patients per day in a mix of outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Hospital privileges required.
• Handle majority hematology with oncology overflow patients.
