Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is recruiting for an outpatient gastroenterology clinic assignment in Minnesota. One Physician Assistant dedicated to gastroenterology will support on site, handling general upper and lower endoscopy procedures in a busy clinic, Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm, with 13–15 patients per day.

The position includes paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Weatherby provides ongoing consultant support and access to their locum tenens network for ongoing assignments

Qualifications

• Outpatient gastroenterology clinic experience required.
• Perform upper and lower endoscopy procedures.
• Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm schedule.
• On-site support with one PA dedicated to gastroenterology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient gastroenterology care in a busy clinic.
• Perform and assist with upper and lower endoscopy procedures.
• Coordinate with gastroenterology team and support on-site.
• Document patient encounters and maintain clinic flow in the online portal.
