Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a pathology locum tenens physician in Madison, WI for GU sign-out with general frozen section coverage. The role is hospital-based, with 2–3 weeks per month, 9 am–5 pm, through next summer.

Frozen section, blood and body fluid smears are preferred, CP pathology experience is a plus. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, travel and housing advances, and 24/7 consultant support.

Qualifications

• General surgical pathology sign-out experience required (GU specimens).
• Frozen section, blood and body fluid smears preferred.
• CP pathology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle GU cases per week with general frozen section coverage.
• Work in hospital-based pathology setting.
• Complete assignment details and time entry via online portal.
