Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking locum tenens trauma surgeons to cover acute care and trauma shifts in Washington. You will work 7pm–7am, roughly 15 shifts per month, caring for about 15 patients per shift.

Role includes ATLS/ACLS and board certification requirements, with Weatherby handling assignment details in an online portal. Prepaid travel and housing, paid malpractice insurance, and 24/7 Weatherby consultant support are provided, with a charter member status in NALTO offering ongoing

Qualifications

• ATLS and ACLS certification required.
• Board certification required.
• Extensive procedural skills in laparoscopic and endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Cover trauma and acute care shifts 7pm–7am (12 hours).
• Approximately 15 shifts per month.
• Treat ~15 patients per shift.
• Coordinate assignments and time entry via Weatherby’s online portal.
