Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an ENT physician to support both outpatient and inpatient services in Pennsylvania. The role includes endoscopic procedures (bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy) and complex head and neck cases.

Fellowship training is preferred, with a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule and shared beeper call. The assignment offers paid malpractice insurance, prepaid travel and housing expenses, and ongoing support from Weatherby Healthcare consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in general ENT with both surgical and non-surgical duties.
• Fellowship training preferred for specialization in head and neck.
• Ability to manage both outpatient and inpatient cases in a busy practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopic procedures such as bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy and tracheotomy as required.
• Provide general ENT support for surgical and non-surgical cases.
• Manage a high-volume clinic with 20 patients per day and 20-minute appointments.
• Work in both outpatient and inpatient settings to support comprehensive ENT care.
