Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a General Surgeon to cover clinic and hospital duties in New Mexico. The schedule includes Tue/Thu clinic days and Mon/Wed/Fri procedures with 24-hour call on weekends. The role supports hospital privileges and a busy surgical service.

You will manage 3–5 general surgery cases and 5–7 scopes per day, see 10–15 patients on clinic days, and provide holiday coverage. Housing, travel, malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and a dedicated recruiter are provided.

Qualifications

• Hospital setting with privileges required.
• Proficiency in general surgery cases and endoscopic procedures.
• Ability to handle clinic and hospital-based duties with weekend call.
