Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Raleigh, NC. The schedule runs 8 am to 5 pm EST, often with 7-day stretches, and a workload around 75 RVUs per shift. You will read CT, MR, US, and plain films and handle ED STAT, stroke, and trauma exams.

Weatherby provides paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and ongoing support from Weatherby consultants. Competitive compensation and full credentialing assistance are included.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist required.
• Willing to cover 7-day stretches.
• Shifts typically 8 am–5 pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Interpret radiology studies and provide accurate reports.
• Participate in ED STAT, stroke, and trauma exams as needed.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and Weatherby consultants for patient care.
