Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified radiologist for locum tenens coverage in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes ED STAT, stroke and trauma imaging with CT, MRI, ultrasound and plain films interpretation.

The position offers 7‑day stretches with 8:00–17:00 EST shifts and a competitive RVU-based compensation model. Travel, housing, and a Weatherby consultant support are included to ensure smooth placements.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist with ability to interpret ED exams.
• Experience in urgent imaging including stroke and trauma.
• Proficient in CT, MR, US and plain radiographs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret ED STAT, stroke and trauma imaging.
• Perform and supervise CT, MR, US and plain film studies.
• Collaborate with ED team and radiology staff to ensure rapid turnaround.
• Maintain high-quality imaging and accurate reporting for locum assignments.
