Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a Board-certified radiologist for locum tenens coverage in Texas. The assignment includes 8 am–5 pm EST shifts on a 7-day stretch schedule, with 75 RVUs per shift. You will perform ED STAT, stroke, and trauma imaging using CT, MR, US, and plain films.

Weatherby covers paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and provides 24-hour consultant support. This role is ideal for radiologists seeking flexible, continuous coverage across large healthcare networks.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist required.
• ED STAT, stroke, and trauma exams required.
• Experience interpreting CT/MR/US and plain films.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology interpretations and reports.
• Collaborate with ED for STAT reads and imaging decisions.
• Maintain image quality and patient safety across shifts.
• Document findings and time entries in the online portal.
