Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a board-certified radiologist for locum tenens assignments in the Akron, Ohio area. The role requires EDSTAT, stroke, and trauma imaging coverage with CT, MR, US, and plain films interpretation.

Expect 8 am–5 pm EST shifts with 7-day stretches preferred, and qualifications include board certification and paid malpractice. Travel/housing expenses are prepaid and a Weatherby consultant is available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist required.
• Shifts are 8 am–5 pm EST; 7-day stretches preferred.
• Experience with EDSTAT and trauma imaging preferred.
• Proficiency with CT, MR, US and plain radiographs required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology exams as assigned for ED/trauma patients.
• Provide timely and accurate readings and reports.
• Coordinate with facilities through the online portal for assignments.
• Manage time entry and documentation via Weatherby online portal.
