Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Senior Quality Leader to oversee QA activities across North America for Aerospace & Defense. You will ensure quality is embedded in processes and compliant with ISO/AS standards, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 12–15+ years in quality within manufacturing and 5+ years in senior leadership, with strong FAA/regulatory experience and executive collaboration with VPs and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience leading quality teams in aerospace/defense.
• Strong knowledge of FAA and other regulations; audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities for A&D segment; ensure processes meet standards.
• Lead audits and vendor compliance programs; collaborate with regulators and customers.
• Develop and maintain quality systems, data, and audit reporting.
