Mach 1 Stores in Fairfield, IL hires an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to greet customers and manage store operations. AM, PM, and Overnight shifts are available with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour plus 25 cents every quarter in year one, plus double time for holidays.

Mach 1 Stores of Fairfield, Illinois is looking to hire an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to greet customers and efficiently handle our store's operational duties. For our entry-level customer service associates, there are AM, PM, and Overnight shifts available. The hourly wage starts at $15.00 with a 25 cent pay increase in each quarter in your first year AND double time pay for holidays. We also offer health insurance, vacation time (even for part-time employees), shift differential, a 401(k) option, and employee discount program for fountain drinks/coffee and car washes. Additionally, we provide complete side-by-side training with the manager on both the convenience and food service areas of the store to ensure your success.
