You will own edits from concept to delivery, collaborating with creative and growth partners to maintain a premium standard while staying current with social formats and AI tools.

• Proven ability to deliver polished, branded video across paid social channels.

• Create compelling 9x16 video ads balancing storytelling with performance goals.
• Own edits from rough cut to final delivery including pacing, sound, color, finishing.
• Edit in Premiere and After Effects; use AI tools to improve workflow when beneficial.
• Produce a high volume of concepts and iterations with strong craft.
• Stay current on editing styles and social formats across Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Collaborate with creative and growth partners to translate feedback into finished work quickly.
