Job summary

Aarris Homecare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform per-diem client assessments and supervisory quality assurance visits in California. This role offers a flexible schedule with assignments based on your availability and no ongoing patient caseload.

Responsibilities include comprehensive in-home assessments, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and documenting promptly. The RN will educate clients and families about home care services and collaborate with caregivers and the office staff.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
• Previous home care or home health experience
• Current government-issued identification
• Clear criminal background check
• Reliable laptop or computer for documentation
• Ability to work independently and submit documentation promptly
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Aarris Homecare is a California-based, family-owned home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and adults remain safe and independent at home. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to perform per-diem client assessments and supervisory quality assurance visits.

This position is perfect for an RN looking for flexible, meaningful work without managing an ongoing patient caseload. You'll play an important role in ensuring every client receives exceptional care while enjoying the freedom to accept assignments based on your availability.

What You'll Do

• Complete comprehensive in-home client assessments

Position Details

• Position: Per-Diem RN Assessor
• Compensation: $125 per completed assessment
• Schedule: Flexible—accept assignments based on your availability
• No shift work
• No ongoing patient caseload
• Opportunities for occasional same-day or short-notice assessments
