Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled Configuration Managers to support the 96 TW at Eglin AFB, FL. You will review CM documentation, organize CM data, and lead CM Boards with program leadership, coordinating with diverse IPTs including software, mechanical, and electrical engineers.

Responsibilities include ensuring CCM data readiness for CCB reviews, coordinating with program management, logistics, and finance, and maintaining compliance with data management procedures.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Level 2 requires BS in applicable field and up to 3 years of experience.
• Level 3 requires BS in applicable field and 3–10 years of experience.
• Level 4 requires BS or MS in applicable field and 10+ years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance with active investigation.

• Review and ensure adequacy of configuration management documentation submitted by contractors including CM Plans, CM Status Accounting Reports, ECPs and RFVs.
• Oversee, organize, and store CM data per data management plans and procedures.
• Organize and conduct program office Configuration Control Boards with program leadership and generate meeting minutes.
• Ensure CM data for CCB is distributed for review and comments are collected.
• Coordinate with multiple IPTs across software, mechanical, electrical engineers and other functions like program management and logistics.

Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled Configuration Managers to support the 96 TW at Eglin AFB, FL.

As a Configuration Manager your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Review and ensure adequacy of configuration management documentation submitted by contractors including Configuration Management Plans, Configuration Status Accounting Reports, ECPs and RFVs
• Responsible for overseeing, organizing, and storing configuration management data in accordance with data management plans and procedures
• Responsible for organizing and conducting program office Configuration Control Boards with program leadership including the generation of meeting minutes
• Ensure that data for CCB is distributed for review by staff, and comments from the review are collected for presentation at CCBs
• Responsible for organizing program support and supporting contractor Configuration Control Boards
• Interface and coordinate with multiple Integrated Product Teams comprised of diverse engineers to include software, mechanical and electrical engineers as well as other functionals including program management, logistics, and finance

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Level 2 - BS in applicable field and up to 3 years of experience
• Level 3 - BS in applicable field and 3-10 years of experience
• Level 4 - BS or MS in applicable field and 10+ years of experience
• Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation. Must be able to maintain required clearance
