Dream Nannies is seeking an amazing experienced Full-Time Live-In Nanny for a wonderful family near Boca Raton, Florida! The nanny will primarily care for two children, ages 5 years and 8 months, with the majority of the day focused on the infant. The ideal candidate will have a naturally calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor, extensive infant experience, and a strong understanding of developmental milestones. The family is looking for someone who genuinely loves children, is attentive to their needs, and can create a peaceful, engaging, and structured environment.

The day will typically begin around 6:30 AM, assisting with the family's morning routine. While Mom nurses the baby, the nanny will help the 5-year-old get dressed and ready for school. The remainder of the day will focus on providing attentive care for the 8-month-old, including feeding, naps, developmental activities, and maintaining consistent routines. In the afternoons, the nanny will assist with the 5-year-old, including occasional school pickups and drop-offs, transportation to activities, and helping with the evening routine. Responsibilities will also include preparing the children for bedtime and putting the baby down around 7:00–7:30 PM.

This is a fully staffed household, so strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential! The family has additional older children who have their own nanny, as well as two housekeepers, a private chef, and a personal assistant. The ideal candidate must be comfortable collaborating with other household staff, respecting established routines, and contributing to a positive, organized, and harmonious home environment. Someone who is professional, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team will thrive in this role!

This is a full-time, live-in position requiring availability 4-5 days per week Monday - Friday. Compensation is $300 per day, with live-in accommodations provided.
