Full Time Housekeeper for a Family in Fulshear

Your eye for detail is your superpower—and this family is looking for someone who truly takes pride in making a home shine. A family in Fulshear is seeking a meticulous, organized, and self-directed full-time housekeeper. This role is approximately 95% housekeeping, including deep cleaning, 3–4 loads of laundry daily, weekly bedding and towels, spotless bathrooms, dusting, tidying, kitchen cleanup, organization projects, and maintaining the patio and outdoor kitchen. The family values someone who is extremely detail-oriented, has excellent time management, takes initiative, and can learn their preferred methods for caring for marble, brass, wood, and other specialty surfaces.

The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, respectful, and comfortable working independently. Mom is particular about how things are done and wants someone who takes direction and constructive feedback well, reads the room, and does not need constant conversation or supervision. Good hygiene and cleanliness are extremely important, and the family needs someone who will never come to work sick and will wash their hands upon arrival. There is no cooking or meal prep required. Occasionally, you may be asked to stay with the three younger children (ages 3, 2, and a baby) for an hour or two with advance notice, but this is primarily a housekeeping position. The family values longevity, reliability, strong communication, and someone who takes genuine pride in meticulous work.
