Job summary

BakeMark is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Reno, NV. The role coordinates staff and workflows, enforces safety and quality standards, and drives productivity to ensure timely, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Qualifications

• Enforce safety and quality standards across the site.
• Drive productivity to ensure timely, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity reports and address performance gaps.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
• Treat internal and external customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Uphold company policies, standards and values.
• Take accountability for how actions impact customers and company performance.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment usage, and truck loading operations.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Prepare and process route invoices.
• Establish and manage nightly loading schedules.
• Review pick sheets for errors or discrepancies and ensure corrections.
• Secure the facility after daily business hours.
• Enter and maintain records using company systems.
• Adhere to all policies and safety regulations as outlined in the handbook.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.

Summary

• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves problems.
