Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring for shift runners and assistant managers to lead a fast-paced team in Tucson. You’ll run the store during shifts, enforce policies, manage costs, inventory, cash, and ensure great customer experiences.

Advancement is possible with internal promotion from within, with performance-based bonuses for Lead Assistant Managers and opportunities to grow into higher roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations including cost controls, inventory, and cash handling.

• Demonstrate and enforce food safety protocols and lead the crew by example.
• Mentor and train team members to improve performance and service quality
