Job summary

Jefferson Schools is seeking an 8th Grade Softball Head Coach to lead the middle school team at Jefferson Schools. The position reports to the Athletic Director and follows the Master Contract with the Jefferson Education Association – Schedule C.

Salary is set according to this contract. Responsibilities include coaching practices and games, coordinating with the athletic department, and ensuring safety and student development throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at a middle school level.
• Ability to run a girls softball program.
• First aid/safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead practices and oversee 8th grade softball games.
• Collaborate with Athletic Director and school administration.
• Ensure athlete safety and proper sportsmanship.
