• Designs lessons that promote problem-solving, creativity, and communication in real-world contexts.
• Maintains standards for behavior fostering student self-discipline and positive relationships.
• Plans learning activities addressing individual differences among students.
• Pursues ongoing professional development in content area and pedagogy.
• Develops, administers, and evaluates quality formative and summative assessments.
