Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 or older.
• ASEP course and VHSL course completion prior to coaching duties.
• NFHS Concussion in Sports course completion prior to coaching duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators.
• Ability to motivate students.
• Ability to be dependable and punctual.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a high quality athletic program stressing fundamentals, teamwork and sportsmanship while maintaining high safety standards.
• Monitor academic performance of team members to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
