Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• Valid DPS FPCC and NFHS coaching certifications or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing team prospects and encouraging participation.
• Assess players' skills and assign positions.
• Develop regular practice schedules for individual and team development.
• Coach players on game rules, equipment, and techniques.
• Monitor players' academic performance and maintain eligibility.
• Assist with game strategy based on team abilities.
• Supervise athletes and model sportsmanlike conduct.
• Assist with transporting athletes using district transportation if needed.
