HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Client Safety Navigator for our Men’s Residential and Detox program. This role focuses on maintaining a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors, including de-escalation and crisis response.
The position requires monitoring entrances, checking in clients and visitors, and performing regular safety checks. A high school diploma and experience in counseling or facilitation are preferred, with a weekend/holiday shift pattern and CPR/First Aid competencies

HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, medication support services, and crisis intervention.
This is a union-eligible position.
The required work schedule for this position is: Friday -Tuesday, 3-11:30 pm, swing shift.
Men’s Residential and Detox or 890 Residential Services is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 that serves male-identifying clients. This program has approximately 105 beds and provides residential treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) for up to 90 days. Clients are supported by a team of behavioral health professionals who provide counseling and education for substance abuse disorder, life skills, as well as individual and group therapy.
The Client Safety Navigator is responsible for ensuring and maintaining a safe environment for all clients, staff, and visitors, and utilizes de-escalation strategies to address crisis situations and client behavioral issues. Ensure that the building space is safe and secure. The Navigator will control the gate, check clients in when returning from appointments, check visitors in and direct them to a supervisor on duty.
