This role involves supporting student interventions by working closely with small groups and individual students, under the guidance of the intervention teacher. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators to enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of intervention programs and strategies for students needing additional academic support.
• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts, provide targeted instruction, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and adapt instructional materials to meet the specific needs of students.
