• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

• Lead service behaviors to produce sales gains and support KPIs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience - Lead service behaviors to produce sales gains and support KPIs.
• Model selling and ensure accurate, timely resolution of customer needs.
• Maintain visuals including proper merchandising, signage, cleanliness, and store readiness.
• Coaching & Performance - Deliver documented feedback on sales performance, recognizing strengths and coaching opportunities.
• Set expectations aligned with Company objectives and follow up for results.
• Model professionalism including adherence to the Company Dress Code Policy.
• Operations & Expense Control - Protect Company assets by following Lids policies and best practices.
• Assist with scheduling to provide coverage within wage guidelines.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts with accurate documentation.
• Open and close the store per the Operations P&P Manual and maintain records consistent with policy and law.
• Support and adhere to all Lids policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities No additional principal duties are required for this role beyond those outlined above.

Job Required Knowledge and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to drive retail sales while minimizing loss.
• Clear, professional verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to occasionally climb a ladder and work with hands overhead
• Ability to constantly stand on shift
• Ability to frequently walk on shift
• Ability to frequently hear and communicate verbally with customers, employees, and other personnel
• Ability to frequently visually observe the store and read written or digital information
