Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking Turkish bilingual experts to contribute to an AI training project. You will listen to Turkish audio, assess nativeness and fluency, and provide high-quality written feedback in English to guide model learning and evaluation.

Ideal candidates have native Turkish proficiency, at least B2 English, and experience in linguistics, phonetics, or audio analysis.

We are engaging Turkish Bilingual Experts to contribute to an impactful language and AI training project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

Listen to audio clips in Turkish and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output. Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines. Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors. Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content. Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Turkish language understanding and generation. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Native-level proficiency in Turkish, with strong command of both spoken and written language. Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication. Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered. Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued. Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.
