IDEA Public Schools is seeking dedicated teachers for IDEA College Prep to ensure students master academic and social skills for college success. You will set ambitious goals, track data, and develop daily lesson plans while delivering rigorous coursework with opportunities for college credit through dual-enrollment, AP, or IB programs.
Compensation starts at $59,500 with stipends for certifications and campus leadership, plus performance-based pay.
