Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. As a BHA, you will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership within a structured, team-focused environment, helping keep patients safe and supporting recovery.

You will work in a role that emphasizes empathy, accountability, and professional teamwork, with predictable schedules and opportunities for growth in a large behavioral health network. CPR/de-escalation training is provided upon hire.
