Job summary

TJ Maxx in Miami is seeking team members who excel in customer service and can adapt to changing needs on the sales floor. You will ring up purchases, assist with merchandising, and support store safety and cleanliness standards.

Starting pay for this position ranges from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits program are typically available based on location and hours worked.

• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.

• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
