Job summary

Symbia Logistics in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Client Services Representative to advocate for clients and to serve as the primary liaison between clients and our Operations team. This role emphasizes proactive communication, problem solving, and accuracy in handling client requests in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of warehouse customer service experience, 3PL exposure, and familiarity with warehouse technology and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
• Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
• Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client.
• Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50lbs may at times be expected.Specific vision abilities may be required for this role. These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception.Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch when needed.Repetitive movements are a big part of our environment, so you will need to be able to use your hands and feet simultaneously.This is a warehouse environment, so it consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.If you are operating Industrial Lift Equipment, you will need to be able to get on and off the equipment on a regular basis.
