7 Brew is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a team of 7–10 Brewistas, oversee daily operations, and learn how to run a business. You’ll coach teammates, motivate staff, and ensure smooth guest experiences during shifts.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be eager to develop leadership skills, and contribute to a welcoming community culture. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered.
