Job summary

DX are a market leading provider of a wide range of delivery services across the UK and Ireland. The Urban Driver Apprentice is an 8-month programme where apprentices will learn all aspects of professional driving and gain their Category C1 (7.5t) Licence, moving to a full-time 7.5t Driver role on completion.

Apprentices will undertake office work, drivers’ mate duties and warehousing during training, and will obtain CPC licences as part of the programme, a legal requirement to drive LGV

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18+ and have a minimum of 12 months UK driving experience.
• A Category B driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent DX in a professional manner at all times.
• Carry out apprenticeship tasks and training.
• Assist with driving duties and warehousing during training.
