Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring for a front-line associate responsible for guest services, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will assist customers, handle register duties, and promote loyalty rewards while ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Flexible hours are available with part-time and full-time positions. The role includes food preparation, promotional knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Stock cooler and keep shelves full.
• Backstock and organize inventory on the floor.
• Clean up spills and trash; maintain store cleanliness.
• Interact politely with guests and co-workers.
• Operate registers and understand lottery/ promos.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized shelves and stock levels throughout shifts.
• Prepare coffee and hot food items as needed.
• Handle guest questions and promote loyalty programs.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards during all duties.
• Assist with restocking and merchandise presentation.

We need someone that will come in, do their job by taking care of our guests, maintain the cleanliness of our store, and prepare the store for the following shift. Requirements:

• Stock cooler
• Keep shelves fully stocked
• Backstock
• Sweep/Mop floors
• Clean up spills
• Regularly walk around the store and clean up messes/empty spots
• Keep a positive attitude with guest/co-workers
• Maintain registers and understand the lottery system
• Learn the current PROMO's and up-sale to our guests
• Promote our 7-Eleven loyalty rewards program
• Prepare the coffee pots
• Replace the empty sodas/SLURPEE BIBB's
• Cook hot food (hot food case and taquito grill)
• Write-off and dispose of expired products
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to stand, bend, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
