Thepointcollegeprep in Jamestown, NC is seeking licensed teachers to join its DREAM TEAM, delivering a rigorous curriculum in a structured, joyful environment. The role requires on-campus teaching four days a week with Friday remote planning.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in education or related field, have at least two years of experience with youth, and pursue NC licensure via the EPP program. A teaching demonstration is required and remote work is allowed.

• At least two years of working with youth.
• Ability to become licensed in NC through the EPP program.

Be a part of a teacher DREAM TEAM that offers a rigorous curriculum in a structured and joy-filled environment.

General responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Teaching rigorous curriculum in a high-quality and exciting way
• Thriving as part of a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture and implementing school-wide policies withinclassrooms and throughout the campus
• Committing to constant professional growth through feedback, coaching, and professional development
• Using student achievement data to set ambitious academic goals for students
• Constantly assessing student progress, and communicating results to families and colleagues
• Providing individual or small group instruction for students who need additional assistance
• Committing totutoring, after school activities, and being a part of the larger school community

Qualified candidates have:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (relevant fields include education, math, science, interdisciplinary studies)
• At least two years of working with youth
• Ability to further education to become licensed in the state of North Carolina - Required acceptance to EPP Program

A teaching demonstration is required. Ability to work on-campus and remote is required.

Licensed teachers teach 4 days a week. Friday remote planning work.

Licensed teachers receive expanded benefit support.
