Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective lessons.
• Provide support for academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive needs.
• Prepare lessons with learners' needs in mind.

• Develop educational content including notes, assessments, and assignments.
• Progress monitor goals and maintain data tracking.
• Supervise classes to ensure a safe, productive environment.

• Deliver individualized instruction and encourage interactive learning.
• Ensure the classroom is clean and orderly.
• Plan and implement educational activities beyond IEP when appropriate.
• Prepare progress, grade, and semester reports.
• Plan, prepare, and attend case conferences.
• Provide services based on individual needs, within classroom or resource settings.
• Maintain professionalism through attendance and punctuality.
