Dan’s Management Co. operates Dunkin’ franchise locations and is seeking team-oriented bakers to support opening duties. You will prepare bakery items, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and assist guests with a friendly, efficient service style.

Collaboration is essential to ensure items are ready for opening times. Franchisee roles emphasize growth, flexible scheduling, paid time off and opportunities for management training for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Job description

Bakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and work areas and serve guests. This position requires working as a team to have all menu items available for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time.

Responsibilities

• Produces bakery products and finishes donuts

• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy

Operational Standards

• Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
• Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws

Skills and Qualifications
