Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Packer C to efficiently and accurately pack products, upholding quality standards throughout the process.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, reading production dockets, and maintaining accuracy in labeling for current and upcoming jobs. You will perform ongoing quality checks, log issues promptly, and sustain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred, with knowledge of production processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude for production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and department.
• Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes.
• Read docket daily and all order changes to ensure the proper product is being packed.
• Label for the current job as well as upcoming job changes to ensuring accuracy.
• Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues.
• Complete proper quality bag checks every fifteen minutes.
• Demonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering production workplace interactions
